In 1840 the Norwegian artist JC Dahl painted this work of art. The original version of the masterpiece measures the size: 7,8 13,1 cm x. Olio su carta was used by the European painter as the technique for the painting. Today, this work of art belongs to the Museo Thorvaldsens digital collection, which is a single-artist museum dedicated to the art of Danish neoclassicistic sculptor Bertel Thorvaldsen.
