Frédéric Bazille was in his mid-20s when he executed this startlingly direct self-portrait. Depicted against a dark background with only his palette and brushes to indicate his profession, he looks at the viewer as if caught unawares. The unseen easel and canvas must be located immediately in front of the artist and to our left.

• Stampa su vetro acrilico (con rivestimento in vero vetro): An print on acrylic glass, which is often labelled as a UV print on plexiglass, changes the original artwork into marvellous décor. Besides, the acrylic print makes a good alternative to canvas and aluminidum dibond art prints. The work of art is made with the help of state-of-the-art UV direct printing machines.
